Coats for Kids and H.U.G.S.S. (Helping Us Give School Supplies)-LWML partnered with Lutheran Social Services (LSSA), Catholic Social Services, The Salvation Armyand the Anchorage School District provide coats for kids who desperately need them during the winter season.
Christmas Stockings-LWML assembles Christmas Stockings to be given out to Children at LSSA.
Easter Baskets-LWML assembles Easter baskets for LSSA to hand to to children. These baskets come as a huge relief to parents who may not have otherwise been able to afford a basket and also to the children who receive them!
Hygiene Kits-LWML assembles hygiene kits to be given out at Brother Francis Shelter, LSSA, and our very own Food Bank.
YAMS for Youth-LWML helps with the Young Adult Ministry (YAM) at Our Redeemer by sending care packages to our college students several times throughout the year.
Collects Mites for Missions-This ongoing mission raises funds through “Mite Boxes”. Each box is used to gather funds in support of local and synod ministries.

LWML Sundays-LWML provides ushers and greeters once a month.
Lutheran Women’s Advent Brunch-Held the first Saturday in December we get together with the surrounding LWML groups of Alaska.
January Retreat-Held each year in January, LWML meets for an evening of devotions, Bible study, fellowship, encouragement, missions, and laughter.
Special Presentations-Various presenters and speakers are both brought in to our very own LWML group or we join up with them at other congregations. These are to be announced as they arrive.
Fundraisers-LWML does a variety of fundraisers as the need arises.
